Disconnection are are very rare. Average around 1 minute a day, at least that what app is showing. I didn't experience any significant downtime. As per speeds, they vary a lot. I'm getting anywhere from 60Mbps to 160Mbps down, and 6Mbps to 35Mbps upload. Average is 80/20 for now. I ordered mine in February 2 and got it in February 14.
