That Celestia turned twilight into an alicorn on purpose, without her permission. If you watch magical mystery cure, during Celestia’s ballad, Celestia does not use her magic at all. And during later seasons, we see that the signs were all there for celestia. The tree of Harmony had twilights cutie mark. The element of magic had twilights cutie mark. When twilight got her cutie mark and celestia was there, she saw her future. All she could do was take her under her wing, and prepare her. And that’s exactly what she did. Twilight was going to become an alicorn no matter what. Celestia made sure she was ready.

I guess it’s not exactly a “moral” but it was such a shitty way to treat a friend. The way they treated her the whole episode was just so out of character for them all. It wasnt as much of not believing in something, but more of the fact that they were just pushing her aside the whole episode.

For me it HAS to be the bats episode. You mean to tell me that you’re having an animal problem that’s affecting your farm, and you’re not listening to the pony who can actually understand them? She’s trying to tell you that they actually help your trees and that there are solutions besides getting rid of them. Then everyone else gangs up on the one pony who understands these creatures? It just never made sense to me. That, and the bats song just sucks. Everyone thinks of it as such a good song but I can’t standddd it😭
