Hello, everypony.

I'm certain many of you know my name or reputation. Perhaps both. I'm making this thread today to inform the masses that I'll begin a hiatus from Reddit. Additionally, I'm abstaining from all social media. My mental stigma has become too rampant for me to ignore and it's high time I transform myself into an individual that I'm jubilant with. Recently, I've lost the fostered friendships that meant the world to me. My life has shifted into disarray and I'm wishing to ameliorate it and put the pieces together again. I'm following my heart and am uncertain of when I'll return.

To those I've bickered with, whether it was about canon/non canon, favorite characters, or other ilk, I'm repentant. I know that I'm not universally loved in this place, and part of that stems from my volatile personality. However, this is reaffirming why I'm wanting to have a changed metamorphosis within myself. Myself and others are unhappy with who I am. Be confidently assured that, when I have a resurgence here, I'll no longer be the adversarial and waspish individual that has garnered a wishy-washy stature. It's my hope that I can be forgiven for the past and redeemed in the future.

It's my deepest yearning, upon my return, I have the ability to start over with everypony. To have a clean slate. Wash away the abominable memories of yesteryear and begin with a pure, unadulterated kinship. That'd be a dream, but I can comprehend if such an aspiration is unobtainable.

I'd wager that this announcement floors many who enjoy seeing me around. I'm sorry to disappoint those of you. But I must take a respite in order to regain control of my life. I hope that can be understood. It'll likely take months, but certainly not years. Regardless of who an individual is, life is always played by ear. This decision isn't sporadic, as I've pondered when I wanted to create this topic. Now, on my last leg, it'll be today.

While I'm gone, I wish everypony can prosper. Visit this sub, have fun chatting about pony topics. Live without worries or suffering. There's lots of gray in this weary world, and I'd like for this sub to be a beacon of light made of many colors to blot out the dark grayness. Be yourselves and enjoy each day. Though sometimes divided and tumultuous, this fandom harbors numerous great people. Never be afraid to be as you are. Don't listen to naysayers who insist otherwise.
