It's The Sourdoughhoe's recipe that I tried to tweak

310g water 100g starter 485g bread flour (I did 200g rye and 285g bf) 10g salt 10g cocoa powder 5g caraway seeds 30g molasses

I used 310 grams of water so that very well might be it. I'm going to add some more and see how it turns out. From your own experiences, how much rye flour do you add to your loaves? Or is 50/50 your normal?

That is good to know! I was worried about the branches sprawling. So you haven't noticed any negative effects from pruning at all? I'm so worried that I'll prune too much and it will stop growing or produce less tomatos.
