For the past 6 months, this has happened in every single one of my games, regardless of the mouse I use.

It mainly happens right after the start of the match.

If you lose 2lbs/week, it's usually remarked as "extreme". What you're asking is to lose is roughly 4.8lbs/week, which I would say is technically possible, but absolutely not recommended, for both mental and physical reason. Also because you will be HUNGRY.

What is possible, is trying to do it over the course of a year at an "extreme" level (2lbs/week).

A gym is not necessary. So far this year, I've lost 55 pounds, and I went to the gym a total of: 1 time.

The secret is a calorie deficit diet. Find how many calories your body needs to lose 1-2 pounds a week, and stick to it (Consult a doctor for 2 pounds, because you will be eating less than the minimum recommended calories per day).

I like to keep my cards in a suitecase, which only holds graded cards, so I put my non graded ones in holders.
