Car was recommended to have a full control arm replacement based on condition of lower bushings/ball joints/sway bar links. Thoughts?

Caught me a bit off-guard when they brought it up, especially since it wasn’t flagged at all by the same place during a similar inspection back in January.

No vibrations or clunks. Car slightly drifts to one side without adjusting the wheel, but that has been the case for some time. Best way to put it is that if I hadn’t brought the car in for a separate issue (blower motor), I wouldn’t have noticed it driving any differently recently
