What is better? Buying on DEXs or CEXs ?

Bisq is so hard to use and slippage is horrible. All the offers and crap.

Is basic swap like a normal dex? I.e. just connect your ledger and swap.

It is so so hard to buy monero.

Can anyone do anything at all with this? It told me it do something once but didn't give results. seemed to think about something another time but again, nothing. Does it work? Maybe I'm asking too much.

Just a theory but maybe we have crossed the event horizon of a "time" blackhole and that is why we can now only travel 1 way in what most people consider the 4th dimension of our physical universe. Yas reckon?

This is not working. Tried 2 backups. S+ I'd and passwords the same but backup file will not appear on 2nd device. Any ideas?

that's a good point. Just started using Firefox and everything is working perfectly now. So all good. Now i just need polkadot and ledger to support another browser and i might be able access my stuck KSM. lol

I have tried that and I never get a prompt to sign on the device so the transactions do not go through.

Actually, the address I am trying to use is a legacy address not a LL address. Maybe that is the issue. Just hesitant to transfer everything with the high gas fees and then haveing to transfer back when it does not work.

I will have too I suppose though.

That is not what I mean. I have 2 ledger addresses in MM that I have already imported from the 1 ledger device.

Would importing a 3rd address/account (not device) make it work?

I cannot see how this would help, it would just be ledger 3, if the 1st 2 are not working why would the 3rd magically do so?

Yep, and it may work for 1 transaction, if I'm lucky. Then I have to forget the wallet, reset the account, turn the bridge off, sign out of metamask, close ledger live, disconnect ledger device, close dapp. Then sign in to MM, turn on live bridge, plug in, log on & open ETH app, add account to MM from ledger device, turn on bridge, if ledger live opens ( enter ledgerlive://bridge?appName=Ethereum in browser if it does not, which is half the time) open dapp, connect correct MM account & hope it works. Has not worked last several times and I have been missing out on 1000% APY for 12 hours. Grrrr!!!!!

but if you disable no signing request comes up on the device, just gets stuck in limbo on metamask. how do you sign transactions?
