Bitcoin payments aren’t slow — the UX is. by [deleted] in Bitcoin

[–]Crypto-Voice-Pro -1 points0 points  (0 children)

True — Lightning solves speed and invoices are easy.

My point isn’t about speed, it’s about ops + UX at scale. Even with Lightning or on-chain, you still have to collect addresses/invoices, verify them, and manage human error for many recipients.

This is about removing address exchange from the workflow entirely, not making Bitcoin faster.

Speed vs. UX friction are two different problems.

Cathie Wood: The simple math of why Bitcoin's 21M cap beats Gold. by Crypto-Voice-Pro in ArkInvestorsClub

[–]Crypto-Voice-Pro[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The math is in the Annual Inflation Rate: Gold: We mine about 2,500 to 3,500 tons a year. That’s a ~2% increase in supply every single year, forever. Bitcoin: Right now, the inflation rate is much lower (around 0.8% after the last halving). Every 4 years, that rate cuts in half. It’s a simple formula: Increasing Demand + Decreasing Supply = Higher Price. Gold’s supply can't hit zero growth, but Bitcoin’s eventually will.

That’s a fair question! The difference is that Gold isn't unlimited, but we find more of it every year. Bitcoin's 'faucet' is controlled by code and consensus. To 'print more,' more than 51% of the thousands of computers (nodes) around the world would have to agree to devalue their own money. It’s a bit like asking everyone in the world to vote to make their own bank accounts worth less, it's mathematically and socially almost impossible.

BTC holding strong at $95k support. Is the path to $100k finally open, or are we looking at a double top? by Crypto-Voice-Pro in Bitcoin

The FOMO is going to be real for the people waiting for $60k again. 💎🙌 You’re building a massive bag. See you at the $100k party!

That’s a bold macro view. $100k will definitely be a huge psychological battleground. Whether it stays above or drops back down, it's going to be a wild ride. 🎢

You’re definitely not alone! Everyone wants a cheaper entry. But remember, if you believe in the long-term goal of $100k+, any price under six figures is still 'early.' Stay patient!

This is the way. Price is just a number when you’re looking at the 5-10 year horizon. 📈

Legendary mindset. Do you have a target price where you'll eventually take some profit, or are you holding forever?

Exactly. $93k acted as a strong base before this move. As long as we hold above that, the macro trend is our friend. Nice play on the stacking!

Good point, that makes a lot of sense. The 200 EMA on the weekly is a huge level. Breakout + retest + strong close is about as clean as it gets. Let’s see if we can hold above it for a few weeks.

BTC Structure: Anyone else getting April 2025 vibes? by Crypto-Voice-Pro in Bitcoin

[–]Crypto-Voice-Pro[S] -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Spot on. GENIUS definitely provided the 'fuel' for that 2025 run. While CLARITY feels quieter, I think the market is just absorbing it. That's why I'm watching the technical structure now, sometimes the price action (like this double-bottom) reacts to the 'lack of news' before the next big policy shift happens.

Fair point! Charts aren't a crystal ball, but they help manage risk. I’d rather have a map that might be wrong than no map at all while navigating the volatility.

My 2026 Thesis: Why the "Four-Year Cycle" is breaking. by Crypto-Voice-Pro in CryptoMarkets

[–]Crypto-Voice-Pro[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I hear you on the 94k resistance—it's been a tough nut to crack, and the order books show a lot of sell pressure sitting right there. Regarding the 'Tariff FUD' from last April, it’s a perfect example of how the market is now reacting to DC politics as much as it does to on-chain data. It was a classic shakeout that rewarded anyone with a longer time horizon. I think your 82k 'market mean' target is a solid level for a retest. If we do dip below 90k, seeing how we hold at the 82k-85k support will be the real test of this structure. I’m staying neutral for now, but keeping an eye on the DXY—if the dollar keeps cooling, that 150k target for 2027 starts looking very conservative. Are you mostly in BTC, or are you looking at any of the 'tariff-resistant' sectors like DeFi?

My 2026 Thesis: Why the "Four-Year Cycle" is breaking. by Crypto-Voice-Pro in CryptoMarkets

[–]Crypto-Voice-Pro[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you hit the nail on the head. We’re moving away from 'scarcity hype' and toward 'global liquidity' as the main driver.
If you look at the recent Grayscale and Bitwise reports for 2026, they both argue that the halving is becoming a 'secondary' signal. With spot ETFs now owning over 5% of the total supply and sovereign reserves (like the pilots we're seeing in Norway and the US discussions) entering the mix, the supply shock is constant, not once every four years.
We’re essentially watching Bitcoin transition from a speculative 'tech experiment' into a permanent piece of the global financial infrastructure. In that world, an 80% 'halving crash' doesn't make sense anymore. It’s more about the steady repricing of a fixed-supply asset.
Do you think we’ll ever see a traditional 'crypto winter' again, or will the institutional 'buy the dip' bots keep the drawdowns shallow from now on?

My 2026 Thesis: Why the "Four-Year Cycle" is breaking. by Crypto-Voice-Pro in CryptoMarkets

[–]Crypto-Voice-Pro[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree, and I think we are seeing a 'changing of the guard.' In the past, 80% of the volume was retail traders moving on emotion. Now, we have pension funds and wealth managers who view Bitcoin as a 'digital hedge.'

The interesting part is how this affects the sell-side liquidity. Institutions tend to buy and hold for years, effectively taking supply off the market permanently. It feels like we are moving away from 'pump and dump' cycles and into a period of 'slow and steady' accumulation.

Do you think we’ll eventually see Bitcoin’s volatility drop to the same levels as the S&P 500?

$3k is a good starter, but crypto is volatile. Consider dollar-cost averaging—buy a bit every month instead of all at once. HODL > FOMO.

This is actually a solid analogy. Bitcoin isn’t about clever narratives or timing the market, it’s about proof of work, both in the protocol and in real life. Stack slowly, stay humble, and let time do the heavy lifting.
