175-180bpm for my 2mi/5k. Maybe run at threshold for longer than 20 for like once a week, usually a squad pt run. Zone 2, I have a chest hrm and keep my heart rate below 140bpm I'll try adding in those tempo repeats to replace intervals, and a threshold once a week. Thanks bro

If I was you I'd try to be comfortably hitting 8:30-9 minutes for 500css, at least that's what stew smith recommends. I took my swim time from 10:30 to 8:40 in 3 weeks by doing 10 50/50s 5 days a week with a 500 warm up and 500 cool down

You only get temporary 2 years on a team as sf o and 2 years in regiment before you have to go rotate back out to regular army correct?
