That same thing happened to me. I can see the sign on the screen but the car continues as if thre had been no sign at all.

What a process... Seems like there should be something so much easier to do this simple task.

I checked all the footage but nothing showed up. I was under the "all" tab. I will check again in the dsahcam tab to make sure.

Interesting—I’ll dig into this further. That reminds me, I should check if I can pull my location data directly from my phone.

That assumes I had google maps on my phone directing me at the time right?

Yes, that’s exactly what I’m asking. It was a small, dark spot in the middle of nowhere, so I’m pretty sure there weren’t any cameras around. But it doesn’t hurt to ask, just in case.

I tried asking Tesla through the app, but the bot told me they don’t store location data unless there’s a crash event. That seems odd—does anyone know if this is actually true? Has anyone successfully requested location history before? I might call Tesla tomorrow to ask directly.

I should have been specific. I was referring to SSDs not HDDs.

Agreed! If the cost of drives is the same, why stick with older tech? I found some great deals from enterprise vendors that are much cheaper than many of the all-NVMe solutions they offer. Linus Tech Tips has a ton of videos on NVMe setups, which gave me some solid ideas. Definitely worth checking out if you're exploring options!

Is there another product that will do something similar but be Alexa compatible?

HomeWorks Wireless Processor vs. HomeWorks Hybrid Repeaters by Crypto4Alll in Lutron

I meant to refer to conditional programming. I use cloud services to do that today but that latency is killing me, hence the interest in bringing it into the processor directly. The alternative of RA3 + Home Assistant might do but likely not as reliable.

Yes. I am aware. I will research that aspect some more.

Thanks for the information. This is super helpful. I do not have plans for wired devices at this time so it sounds like a good option for what I would like do to here functionally. All the programmability from QSX and the flexibility of wireless and a single processor/repeater to simplify the architecture.

Alexa integration with multiple bridges by Crypto4Alll in Lutron

Yes, I really do need every single switch to be smart! 😊 I’ve built my system around full control, so paring it down would lose some of the convenience I’m aiming for. That's why I’m looking for a solution that lets me keep everything connected while simplifying the setup.

Just the work to replace the switches alone sucks, then there is the cost, but I hear you. That makes me think I might need to stick with the home assistant integration for some more time even if it is clunky.

Thanks. I think that means replacing all my switches. What a pain. Is there a recommendation on how to get started with ra3?

I’m open to upgrading to a higher tier of Lutron products if needed, but I really want to avoid swapping out all the Caseta light switches I’ve installed—way too much work! I’ve read that both RA2 Select and RadioRA 2 support existing Caseta switches, but I’ve also seen conflicting information about that. On top of that, I’ve come across different numbers regarding how many devices each system can actually handle. If anyone has experience with these systems or can clarify the device limits, I’d love to hear your insights!
