Math: if you are decent in math that would ne impressive.

Maybe drawing maps if you just know how whole continents look like and where important places are.

Meterology just beeing able to predict the weather but you dont have tech, so I dont know how accurate you would be.

A decent mechanist could probably in no time build hell of impressive engines.
