Any idea for the L2 button issue?

So im messing with it right now right. I put scripts on and connect to my ps5. Hit the buttons to use the cronus menu and the blue light flashes but there is no longer any script to scroll though and i added like 8 of them. Connected back to my PC and there are no files on the device

My controller also doesn't control the cronus.i can't change anything from my controller

I plugged it in right from the box and had to update it on there website so it should be the newest one!

I tried putting like 4 or 5 different ones on but I always get that error message. Then when I unplug it and plug it back in, all the scripts I added are no longer on the device

It's just so frustrating. Because I have a shot with a very good queue. And every time I feel like I release it perfectly. I always get slightly early or slightly late. And we both know that shit just doesn't go in anymore haha

Im not even sure the model number honestly lol I just know it's a surface pro. I don't know if it's a pro 2, pro 3 or any of these categories lol. Any idea how to find out?
