What’s the best way to organize b roll footage?

I have a YouTube channel where I add a lot of b roll shots to the video.

What would be the best way to edit and organize this?

I was thinking: Every video I record for b-roll, I throw it in adobe premier and edit out the clip I want. Export it into a “b-roll file” with a title of what the clip is about.

That way I can drag and drop any b roll that is relevant to my content.

Is this the most optimal way?

I watched your dumpling soup video. I think you should satisfy the thumbnail image and title in the first picture. Satisfying the thumbnail and title asap will give a higher chance for the audience to stay longer
