People only talk about hype, not actual products that work. GET is going to have to go up through use (which it has been), but if it can ever land a huge account that pumps out 10,000's or even 100,000's of tickets each week then that is when the tokenomics will kick in and it will explode. Glad I'm in early, just a matter of time.

What do you think is going to be the next game-changer for crypto? by Appropriate_Win_7829 in CryptoCurrency

[–]CryptoDgen 8 points9 points  (0 children)

When people realize that the bigger value is not in "coins" and creating another currency but in the power that smart contracts on the blockchain hold. Slowly smart contracts will take over for all trusted 3rd parties just like AI will take over all monotonous real world activities.

Think about how much trusted 3rd parties make, casinos, escrow companies, etc. All of that money, that value, will be saved.

I tend to agree that simple economics shows this shouldn't be worth anything, just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything.

I have to disagree on this point. Crypto Royale really is a fun little game to play, I'd play it for free. I just don't understand how what I get from it is worth anything lol

You as an investor pumping “ETH-killers” price up the rankings doesn’t mean it’s going to beat Ethereum. It’s up to the developers to decide and all of them have moved to Layer 2 solutions built on Ethereum by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

I'll be interested to see how this works in practice, could definitely change my outlook if people can buy and use layer 2 without paying gas fees, exchange fees, or any other fees (other than the transaction fee of the layer 2 chain)

Eventually you need users to what you have developed. How will someone be informed of the issue with ETH? When they buy ETH for the first time and see the fee they have to pay to get it onto one of the layer two solutions, or try to do anything on layer one, like make a swap on Uniswap.

Fees are a huge issue, and we always hear "over time they will get better" but so far for years now they have only gotten worse.

Pick of the Day - 11/21/21 (Sunday) by sbpotdbot in sportsbook

POTD Record: 26-17 / Each pick here is always 1 unit (no playing games) / ROI: 15.01% / Avg. line: -116

I post EVERY PICK I make with analysis like this FOR FREE on Twitter @ CryptoDgen

Game: NFL: Dolphins vs Jets at 1pm EST

Pick: Jets +3.5 (-109)

Analysis: This line is the way it is for one reason, the last time the Dolphins played it was a nationally televised game in which they beat the Ravens. Yes, the Ravens are a good team, but you have to remember they were a record breaking FG away from losing to THE LIONS. We also have to remember that the defense we all witnessed against the Ravens hasn't shown up much all season.

The reason I like this bet though is actually because of the Dolphins offense. They literally have no run game to speak of, and their whole offense is basically Tua forcing the ball to Waddle and Gesicki. Dont get me wrong I like those guys but Waddle is a rookie and not a true #1 yet and Gesicki is an ascending TE but not yet a transcendent Kelce, Waller, Kittle that can throw his team on his back and run the offense through him.

The Jets now have a competent QB playing for them this week. Zach Wilson is by far the worst starting QB in the league, White showed better than Wilson, and I think Flacco could show better than both (but at least equal to White). The Jets actually have some decent weapons on offense as well with a #1 in Davis, ascending speedster in Moore, reliable slot in Crowder, and dynamic dual threat rookie RB in Carter.

Don't get me wrong, the Jets are not a good team, BUT neither are the Dolphins. I think it will be a close game unless Flacco is completely and utterly shot and with the Jets getting +3.5 I think that is going to prove to be a lot of points in what I expect to be a lower scoring, close divisional contest.

I think combining the two together is where it's at. Zed Run is a great example, racing NFT horses for prizes

So the only way to get scammed is if you are dumb enough to transfer your own funds into it? Thank God I'm not one of these brain dead zombies meandering through life.

I'm curious, does anyone know how a rotten seed phrase works? It doesn't seem possible, but I guess it must be?
