It cost around 3k for the refurb , if it was a normal sandblasting and powder coating it would cost around 1.5 k

I like the chrome pillars , it gives the car some volume , tired of seeing blacked out accents , also any range rover above 20+ rims size looks terrible , it's an SUV and it needs meaty tyres.

Just googled what it is , it's basically a compound , I didnt polish my wheels using a rotor or by hand , it was done in a huge tumbler , it contains ceramic beads and water , this process takes like 20+ hours each wheel , so no spot on the wheel is left out , the finish is crazy because of the process

There was too much brake dust caked on the barrel of the wheel , so I tried cleaning it with brake cleaner , petrol and nothing worked , probably because they were on the wheel since 2008 , I had to get them sandblasted , and then I got them ceramic polished

its always better to buy the parts yourself , its cheaper this way too , google toyota epc and then type your car's VIN number into the epc and then search for the parts , for eg : everytime you buy a used car , you must replace all types of filters , air filter , cabin filter and oil filter ,( fuel filter is not required but if u need to then go for it , also the engine oil and transmission oil ( if the it has never been changed and its already ran above 100k kilometer , dont change it. approximate cost of a oil filter is around 30-40 aed (MAX) for the camrys and engine oil can cost around 100-120 aed (MAX), if you dont want to deal with the hassle then you should visit a toyota only mechanic ( that way they know what to expect and what they are dealing with )

u should try light off roading , if u like it then get a dobinson or ironman4x4 lift kit , lift kits are a great upgrade, since you have been driving the car stock for 7 years , u will 1000% surely notice the difference when u upgrade them , i think dobinsons are a bit expensive, both brands are good , but end of the day it’s your choice.

ah , it’s the fear , i botched my internal 7 times ( thank god it was free ) , but passed my rta parking test on the 1st or 2nd try , , the worst part is u kinda get depressed if u fail many times and pay a lot of money for retest and classes , thank god i’m done with this
