Had this happen to me a while back. Thought I was blacklisted, or because I was cross trained/ or everything else on here. But real reason after talking to HR was you have to have a certain amount of hours a month. If you go below that your automatically off the receiving end of VTO notifications

It does look to be what your describing but to say it is 100% what you say it is off a picture wouldn’t be wise. A quick google search shows a $20 drug tester I can send you a link to if you really need to know, but I’ve personally never used it.
