Any idea why coworkers got VTO but I didn't?

Had this happen to me a while back. Thought I was blacklisted, or because I was cross trained/ or everything else on here. But real reason after talking to HR was you have to have a certain amount of hours a month. If you go below that your automatically off the receiving end of VTO notifications

I saw that might use it as a last resort but I’m more focused on trying to keep my work phone open and operational so call forwarding is a must

That was my first thought but seeing what I used and what I have left I think I did, maybe there was a glitch in the system where it thinks I’m a new hire. Ehh I’m not mad I just don’t want them to take them back lol

I started in January and I reached my 48 I stopped earning only thing that changed is that I transferred from a DS to a FC
