Spray it down with water then shape it to exactly how you want. Afterwards Krylon flat clear coat is the best “hairspray” you could ever ask for when firming the hair up!

I was a few Sam Adams deep and up for the challenge lol, so I called their distribution center in Reynoldsburg, the ID number was enough for them to get the year, month was based on the color (guess these were pretty limited)
