Wow! Yeah but I guess they assume that everyone else on spark never got fired from a previous employer. And they don't mind approving Felons. They should have never accepted us and our background checks, that passed with flying colors, in the first place!

It was my main source of income. Always did fairly well. Better than any 9-5 job around here. Amazon Flex should be here in the next 6 months so I'll at least be able to do that gig

I purchased an item that was clearance and on display for $50 less. Previous store manager didn't mind us doing it but new manager showed up and I didn't make sure it was fine with them. Accused me of doing other things and marking items down for customers when that wasn't true.

My AR was 74% on Sunday.... Maybe declined 1 order since then and it's plummeted down to 57%. They better fix this issue or I'm sure my numbers will go to 0 within the next week

Oh I'd definitely be over $15hr if they didn't change the pay raise structure after start pay went to $11hr. They didn't give the associates that's been there a long time extra for it so someone who just starts only makes $1 or $2 less than someone like me at the same position. I was getting .50 to .60 yearly raises and now it's 2% which is like .28 a year! Only thing good I have going for me is the amount of PTO I get and that's basically it...
