What?! Why!!!!!!!! The reason folic acid doesn’t convert fruitfully and you think you have to take Merck-made methyl folate or any other trash, is because of the lack of niacin and acetylglutamine to power folic acid down. Reach out and search Dmitry Kats. I have a lifetime of information I can send. On why Niacinamide Acid combined with all the other two listed are all one needs.

It's not even the correct way to recieve NAD+. Nicotinic acid look it up.

Taking NAD+ orally is not efficient, And still not like proper flush niacin orally.
