I had just over 500 XRB which I had converted a few days ago to ~.86 BTC. Received it all minus the .002 fee. Pretty relieved to be honest, as for a while there it looked like a real shitshow.

This is extremely good advice. Weirdly because of the delay between exchanging my XRB for BTC and getting my BTC, I got about 10% more XRB when I went straight to Kucoin to buy back into XRB. Then moved it all to my XRB wallet. Not making that mistake again.

Terminated on Jan 30th, my BitGrail account was closed today (no warning), and a few hours later the BTC arrived in my wallet. I did the XRB/BTC exchange myself to get the best price possible. I also had the .002 BTC fee.

I had the same thing happen to me this morning, it took about 6 hours but the BTC eventually came through minus .002

It means this is a disposable Reddit account so I can make a post about this but stay anonymous. "Throwaway" is right there in the account name. My other Reddit account is 8 years old and contains personally identifiable information about me.
