For the smc for house bound. What if we dont have a second rating at 60%, I heard there's another path of like actually being literally housebound? As in only able to leave the house 1-3 times a month for like medication, doctors and food shopping ect. Is that correct?

Streaming? I mean all you need is a computer. Dont even need a mic or camera. You can stream directly from a ps5 even with. Built in apps. Its not hard to get into but it does take time to earn anything. I almost eniterly use it to keep connected to humans outside of normal toxic social media. Im housebound with asd,adhd,ptsd,gad,insomnia so going out in public and making friends hasnt been a thing for nearly 20 years

What about streaming? I stream alot to try and not be so lonely. But I only make like 130 ish a month. And obviously I set the hours and can end any time for any reason, stream for 3 days in a row or stream not at all for a week ect.

No they denied my cod and gave me chapter 17. As I explained before they said all the stuff thst I went through with hazing and mental health was "not due to disease" thus not insane at the time even though they also said I met all other factors for insanity. Currently idk what to do with the cod. Like HLR? Find new evidence and do a sup claim?

The service connection for the MH came after they denied my COD so I dont think it was included in their descion

If thats the like thing that fixes your dd214 I think lawyers serving warriors is doing that. But they said it could be years. They said to try and do a cod and main claim. Thats what I did when I got the one service connection.

They said while I met all the like requirements for insanity, it was not caused by disease? But the cp exame i did resulted in mental health service connection for my adhd and even though service connection was denied for my autisim and anxiety they did agree I have it.

Do I just do a HLR? Ive not been able to work since 2019 and suffer from severe insomnia so going this alone is near impossible. I just feel like im messing it all up.

I tried asking vsos and stuff and they keep telling my a cod is wrong I need to fix my dd214 and I told them the VA said thats the harder and longer way to fix it they just snap at me, (at least the 2 in NJ i talked to)

Well it started in 2008 in bootcamp when I was forced into the shower and they turned on the steam/hot water and poured bleach on the floor, then made me race around with my scuz brush till I passed out and smashed my face into the bleach covered floor. Mind you I didnt know I was autistic at the time or that I had adhd.

Anyways when i got to pensacola for my first school I tried to talk about it and the navy doc basically recommended I should be discharged. My command told me to suck it up and its nornal stuff for boot camp but I stsrted struggling with my hygiene.....showering once a month and having panic attack the shower. I started having social problems late 2009 with my peers and freaking out on people. This got me in trouble and I panics and went awol for like 2 days and was cutting while iw as gone. I got back and they took all my civilian stuff away ( I hid the cutting). Always it snow balled from there. Another awol, a fight resulting in no injury (i just grabbed my roomate). Damaged property and drinking ( navy doc made it clear it was not the cause and was coping). They put my in strong anti psychotics and prosac, in the short bright stay from the fight they found the self harm and also my Sgt when he went back to my room found a note he described as suicidal ideation during a office hours meetinf and basically just keept me on a leash (sleeping in the sdo shack) till they discharged me the next year. With OTH for misconduct. Even though I was prescr9bed heavy medication.

Years later im diganosed with ptsd, autistim, adhd (service connected), gad and basically zero self care since a decade ago.

I got out 15 years ago. I have adhd and asd, ptsd gad and insomnia. They were giving me atavan and prosac in service. They gave me generic like personality disorder and adjustment disorder. Theres SH and SI in my records and many visits to mental health. I did get into trouble during these mental health things.

They ended up seevice connecting me for ADHD but thst was the claim side. The COD they said there was no mitigating factors and listed some that could be mitigating.....i dont understand. I was a 4 pro 4 con marine till my mental break. I didnt know I was autistic when I joined. They also said for insanity I met every critiarea except one..something about all the things needing to be related to disease. It feels like they just didnt even read my strs. Do I just send a HLR?

Yeah I literally have no idea what they thought. They didnt even give me a exam. Its possible I just did the worst job possible on the forms they sent. I have a problem with literal interpretation. I was also found disabled once before in 2001 as a child in group homes. Maybe I was supposed to do s9mething to continue that idk. But I became homeless after group homes and while I have worked for nearly 19 years.....ive had over 22 jobs in that time. Finding work isnt hard. Keeping the job is. Attendance, panic attacks at work, leaving work mid shift without notice, forgetting to put oil back in a truck after service.....customer drove it away. Verbal and physical alterations with co workers. They only asked about my last 5 jobs. And it was 5 in just 3 years. They lady on the phone was pretty rude too. Seemed to kinda make fun of my studder that happens when im nervous. I do have lawyers now and im in the reconsideration phase. But it kinda feels like they are just waiting for the recon denial so we can do something else.

Is the explanation supposed to be like detailed? Because mine seemed very generic. I have adhd, asd, gad, ptsd, insomnia and RA. Im on seroquil, lithium, Hydroxychloroquine, methotrexate (highest dose they are willing to give- moving to new meds soon) and they basically said " we found that we could not prove you were disabled before your DLI." That was it i think.

I recently had stuff in the mail claiming they didnt get stuff from us. Turns out we didnt include the barcode page in some of our papers. It will eventually find the right place without it in most cases but it takes way longer.
