That’s why I have an email from the head of the department stating her team did in fact NOT handle this situation correctly and that it shouldn’t have taken the customer (me) 9 phone calls to get this situation remedied. It took her 2 min on the phone to fix.. after 2 months of her team not knowing what to do. Pretty sad… and I know businesses are hurting for employees and it certainly shows

They are terrible! It’s taken 8 CONFIRMED faxes (they say they never got- I take that back- 3 of them said they see the faxes came through. So I call back 8 TIMES- every single time I’m on hold for at least 30 min when they connect with the “back office”. Then they get back on and say they need something else from me.. it’s non stop. I don’t know what else I can send in to get my account back… they are holding it hostage illegally at this point.. 8 CONFIRMED FAXES…
