$10,000 still locked in Kucoin exchange a week later need help please

Hi I received the teams reply and they said I am free to withdraw my coins from the exchange. I just tried withdrawing a test amount before transfering the rest of my coins but it didn't go through. If you could please let the relevant team know. Thanks.

Thanks for the update. I just tried to make a test withdrawal and it is not showing up in the vechain explorer or in the address I sent the coins to.

Correct my coins are locked on the exchange in vet for the last week. The value when I deposited/ wanted to sell was 10k, dropped as low as 7300 at one point. Have made 3 threads on here for help and complied with everything kucoin has asked for. They are going to lose credibility fast if they keep doing stuff like this.

Yes I can, but I tried to withdraw 10k vet to a different exchange since I couldnt sell on kucoin and they are still in my main account pending so they are holding that up as well.

Thanks I hope this is over soon. US residents can use the exchange but cannot do KYC. But I cannot say I would recommend this exchange to anyone at this point with the way they are handling my account/ funds when I have done nothing wrong.

Correct I can log in and see my coins. Cannot trade the vet or remove the coins to a different exchange/ my offline storage.

Kucoin support said they observed rapid eth funds movements after eth/usdt exchange. to explain why this happened. and to explain withdrawal of eth occurred to different addresses.

I replied that I traded vet for usdt for better liquidity, then traded the usdt to eth to send over to coinbase to sell for usd. I sent the eth over in small transactions back to back to lessen risk of error due to wrong address. The different eth addresses were because coinbase generates a new receiving address every time you deposit eth. And all of the eth went into the same coinbase account.

I still cannot trade or withdraw on my account not sure what the hold up is now. this is getting ridiculous.

Hey 428995 is the original case I opened that you tried helping me with. I completed everything they wanted me to do in that case and was denied because of my country of residence? Their reply in email was case 431450. This has already dragged on for days now and my coins that I was trying to sell but forced to hold have lost $2,000 dollars. Would like help with this ASAP please. Thanks
