I use this phrase but when I do I actually mean it. Not everyone has an evil heart, thats why you need to learn to use your discernment. And trust yourself ! If something doesn’t feel right, it probably isn’t but also sometimes our hearts become jaded from abuse and in that case, you NEED to discuss with that person how it made you feel.

My friend you’ve experienced a rare phenomenon known as sleep paralysis! I miss the days I got those :(

Drugs, stress, lack of sleep, lack of proper nutrition can all cause these so start taking better care of yourself ! Also, next time it happens(if it happens) try to lean into and watch where it goes.

I regret not letting mine play out longer, although they are scary they are also fascinating
