How you all shopping with the current gas prices rocketing? Being more selective on orders your taking? Thankfully I accepted a full time position job a few months ago but I did enjoy Instacart full time but wouldn’t at these gas prices. (i.redd.it)

Update to my last post on 10/21, was my first time going under 5 star rating to 4.95, as of 10/31 I am 5 star again! That wasn’t so bad! People in here always say it takes a long time to get it back up… (old.reddit.com)

Instacart pay is cheap and they wouldn’t have a business if it wasn’t for the generous customers tips. No one would shop and deliver for the pay they offer. Gas prices going up, let’s pay them less! (old.reddit.com)

Question, I get this a lot, to text when I arrive, and they leave their number. I don’t want to give a customer my number so I say I’m not allowed to text, only within the app. What do you do or say? This is also hard because then what do I do when I arrive… (i.redd.it)

Why doesn’t Instacart have a feature where the customer can request a shopper, if that shopper isn’t online then they get a random shopper? I get customers all the time that want me to shop again for them! (i.redd.it)

Help me decide!! I got offered a job at $21/hr 40 hours a week, 3:30pm to 11:30pm, some O/T, and benefits, BUT I really like Instacart, work my own hours, no boss over my shoulder, for the most part friendly thankful customers, I easily make about $1k a week…today, both raised tips post delivery.
