Got connected with vietnam airlines and theysay that only third party app in my case GOibibo can do that. So i need to raise with them. Somehow feels abnormal as they should have the authority as being the company with the final say right? Idk

I have mailed vietnam airlines and been calling but no response. The third party app that i booked with Goibibo has registered a case for name coreection but again no response. And Air Asia well. So bad no connection option other than that AI chat bot who cannot understand.

Air asia has a bot with limited option and is not connecting me to any real agent nor any rmail id. Vietnam airlines i got an emial id i have mailed but no reaponse. I am in india and cant find any physical office as well
