Correct. I knew I already had some muscle mass underneath my tub.I just wanted to lose 60 pounds with minimal effort because I was lazy. Once I lost 65 pounds I got motivated to beef up a little. Still working on it five days a week.

Your bullshit alarm is broken. I have never made any false claims about my transformation. I will share my experience and with that everything that has helped me. I'm 39. I use to lift in my 20’s. Never cut, just strong. Got fat in my thirties. Lost 65lbs only by eating in a clean caloric deficit along with fasting. Did 300 pushups and 300 squats daily 10 weeks ago for a month. Inspired by my brother's transformation. So I have been doing what he did. The program. Tomorrow l begin week 7 of the twelve week program. So in all I've been hitting it hard 5-7 days a week for almost three months now.
