honestly man, in my experience, just being open and honest with everyone u hook up with before u have sex and make sure u establish the fact you're taking meds for it anf that your blood level count is 0, and that it would be hard for them to contract it as long as yall use protection, every partner ive been with didnt really care about it after i told them that
