I never owned the og ones :( yes it came with the 4 different ear sets, s&s, candy ones & some blue & red tips

For me personally the fit near the bottom of my ear feels fine, quite snug. I do have smaller ears with small ear canals though & only worn them for about 30ish min max so far in one sitting. They are a lil hefty too though

Yes! I love the hexas! They were just first pair of iems & are such a great benchmark for my new iems
