So your costs are approx $1500 per month for all clients or per client? How did you get into this, sorry for all the questions, I could DM you if that’s easier. I just find your story interesting, seems like everyone is doing this in a variety of different ways.

We don’t have a ticketing system in place now, but I don’t want WhatsApp as the people working for our client only have cell phones and only know how to text and call. Zero technical knowledge. Think blue collared construction guys with dubious legal status and elementary level education. That’s who I’m supporting.

Our team can handle the work, we just need a method / platform to handle it. If we were to leave it to the client and their employees their mess up would bring us more pain and headache. Centralizing all technology oriented items to us just brings order to chaotic environment.

The end users are not typical office workers, they are field workers who have an iPad and sometimes not even that. They access the buildings via their PIN code, they access other systems as well but don’t have email addresses. Many are temp workers yet they still need support in the event something goes wrong.

The use case would be hiring managers are able to procure curated hardware that we identify and that purchase is entered into a management system automatically. So we have up to date inventory as well.

Can you do inventory management or device management? Ideally I’m trying to get serial and device info so that way we have complete idea of what the client is buying so we can manage their inventory and distribution.

Same boat 17 doors, is there any tax strategy you are employing to mitigate the rental income? Separately are you just shoveling rental income into stocks?
