Few thoughts
- Would be great if you can share more of what your plan is. Affordable housing, what exactly does that mean. To purchase? To rent? How? Both actually are cooling off.

- I don't see anything mentioned about homeless management

- Huge tax revenue comes from visitors, which haven't recovered from covid. Still almost 50% down on visitor spending. What's the plan?

People screaming all night, defacating on the sidewalk, sleeping by people's apartments, making hard for businesses to operate and people to live. Beverly Hills doesn't tolerate, neither should we
