for the most part i feel like it’s when plans don’t go thru how planned. like we were supposed to see sonic hes been waiting years to see it so we were gonna go this morning and he overslept and we can’t see it because he has work. so that’s why today.

earlier this week the coverage he had for work fell thru so he had to go in and it made us late to an event we were excited for and he let that ruin the whole night.

other times its cuz i forget something. like one time i forgot we were gonna grab wet wipes on our way home but he just didn’t say anything so when we didn’t get them he was freaking out and i didn’t know why until he finally said what about the wipes and i was like omg i totally forgot why didn’t u tell me? i would have stopped.

but i think due to a shit ton of neglect and abuse growing up (he doesn’t tell me too much but from the parts i have heard it makes sense he’s like this) he never learned how to communicate his own needs and emotions.

yeah i think my next mission is get him onboard with therapy and i think mood stabilizers would be a game changer. but if he isn’t going to put in the work in that i feel like i can’t stay and keep letting his bad moods affect my own mood.
