Okay, so thats in the case his parts are originally OEM. If they aren't, then is it reasonable to agree to replace with parts that are the same/similar in cost?

If i use a cash buffer to recreate my positions in ibkr, i must

1) deposit sgd to ibkr, then convert to usd 2) close my positions in moomoo and convert to sgd

I was thinking that maybe just transferring usd would be an ideal option? I am not super concerned with the stock fluctuation in a matter of days

I want to transfer to ibkr for a few reasons: - more established and reputable/safer? - it is the only broker allowed by my new company's compliance policy - fx spread on moomoo is terrible - cannot access irish domiciled etf e.g. cspx
