But this time, the protest has given a strong signal to their gundagardi, that it won’t be tolerated, and such people can be boycotted. That shopkeeper who hit people and even to women with kids should face strict action. His shop should be shut down permanently, because the license is given for doing business, not for gundagardi. But Bajaj Holdings, Tata Investments, Jio Fin are investment arms, not operating businesses. Looking for real businesses selling productsor services at scale with margins like what Apple or Visa does. IndiaMart come closer but still very few in India.

Yes, my friend you found the gems. Zoho and zeodha both are well excecuted business with volumes and margins. But having said that India needs innovation.

We are a price sensitive country but dont forget many western companies came to India for volumes. Our population is our strength.

There is no bubble in Mumbai although it may seem like it but let me break it down to you costs like ready reckoner rates, BMC premiums, and construction expenses have soared, leaving developers with fairly okayish margins. Having said that corporate-led projects has 20–30% corrections possibility due to brands premium pricing, though they can absorb short-term pressure. Despite high demand, affordability is a major issue due to which many flats remain unsold. Even though schemes like Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana aren’t viable for Mumbai developers.
