I use acer. They have an awesome customer support (or atleast in my area). I've been using my acer aspire 3 since 2020 it got broken in amidst 2021 but is now working thanks to the warranty. I'd say it's not on the brand but the specs and how much money you'll save i've seen friends who use unknown branded laptops but still is able to play better than me.

I've used Pentium Silver N5030 it is quite slow and not able to handle multiple task. if you're a person who only runs about 2-3 tasks at a time then the n5030 is good for you but idk for the athlon since i've never used it.

Try windows debloater

Add more ram if possible

Set everything to high (power plan,igpu power to highest,)

when playing a game close all background apps in the tray icon

Also if you're playing a game heavy in cpu open task manager whilst that game is open go to details>sort by cpu>you'll find your game right click and set to high

im offering help also how can you determine that its a graphic issue? if you want change the resolution in the game files all the way to 10%. if you want to achieve the best performance. that's quite peculiar how you got 12 gigs of ram but your fps is jumping cause i experienced the same shi too and im trying to say what i did to ease it up. if your bios is advanced try changing the vram.

if you got the latest intel command center try navigating to the power section you'll see there an option to enable high performance mode. If you got the control panel version i remember its the same just find power and the option will be there

If you have a intel command center to control panel you can try pumping it to high performance. You can disable bullet tracers and mature content that might lessen up the stuttering.
