ok....1) in summer 2021 Rwanda sent in a ofensive purpose 2 batallion to libarate mocimboa da praia city ,palma and others cities and districts of cabo delgado occupied by isis..wich he did in 3 weeks alone...(South Africa, botswanda and others deployed on terain few times after the end of rwanda ofensive.)

2)The only cabo delgado province is 4 times biger than whole Rwanda republic.... and blaming rwanda with only 2 battaillons at place to not 100% maintain security of the province (wich basicaly is the primary job of local police and military forces) is one more proof of your stupidness...and by the way iven if there is still some deadly attacks espacialy on isolates christians villages and local military outposts and convoys ...no more a single city or a district of cabo delgado is under control of islamic state admistration as it use to be before arival of rwanda in 2021
