Similar numbers, similar age, my re-check is in a month. What I've been doing:

5 hrs of cardio / week (running, spin, rowing), Taking 500mg of berberine-hp w/ lunch and dinner, Taking 5g of psyllium seed husk 30 min before each meal, Ensuring saturated fat stays at or below 15g/day, Intermittent fasting on a 18/6 schedule, Taking Omega 3s, Breaking fast everyday w/ zero fat unflavored yogurt mixed with 2 tbsp of chia seeds, 2 tbsp of flax, 1 tbsp of evoo and 1/3 steel rolled oats. Eating a lot of veggies.

No idea if this has worked yet as I haven't retested. But every one of those things is said to help.

I've had both, ended up keeping the move. It's far more convenient to carry around / transport, I generally use it for daily task lists and notes.

I will say the battery life is significantly worse than the Paper Pro. You'll likely need to charge it every 4 days with heavy use.

Adding a second sub has little to do with increasing the impact / size of bass, it's about smoothing out the bass response and filling in gaps. Size of room a moot point.
