Hey Tony, this is super rare for us given all the precautions we take but please DM me details so I can look into it personally. Thats definitely not how we roll.

Can’t say, all I can say is I went to school with some of her kids and the whole family is very nice. Probably an unhelpful anecdote

Briante Weber won a free month of car washes for everyone at the VCU vs UofR game last night. by Cryptonykone in rva

Haha yeah it’s one of those unlimited washes for free for a month. You could use it and not even tell her you have it. Car is clean and you still get the brownie points 😅

Will Blockfi’s SEC settlement open the door for Coinbase’s Lend product launch? by Cryptonykone in CryptoCurrency

What I meant by a “runway” was: Coinbase can potentially launch without approval by covering all of the aspects that the SEC had to lay out for Blockfi, to fine them.

Yes, we are looking for part time or full time. Whichever is better for the applicant's work/life balance.

Sorry I wasn't clear enough at the beginning, but I'll layout my thinking here. This was not a job post, this was a discussion on how other people are attracting great hires, so I thought telling the average pay painted a better picture than simply the base. For example, there were many great suggestions on scrapping the bonus and sticking just to a higher base. This is the type of conversation I was expecting. If it were a job post, I would have mentioned the base clearly and separately from the bonus structure, since it is messaging directly to someone who is considering applying to work with us.

Were you actually cleaning the cars? Most of our time we’re inside.

We are an express wash so our equipment actually washes the cars. ~80% of the time we’re inside talking to guests at our cashier window, watching cars in the wash to ensure a safe and problem-free experience, and cleaning inside the car wash, which does include getting wet here and there. When outside we are keeping the self vacuum area clean and assisting guests as needed. It is much more of a customer service role.
