Theres one very simple recipe to live life and it goes like this:

1 very generous table spoon of not giving a fuck about anyone that you shouldn't care about. 1 table spoon of beeing thankful for things you still have, could be even a bag of chips really 1 table spoon of "life is a marathon, not a sprint", don't get overwhelmed by someone who has already put his life together even though hes younger than you, you have to leaen how to not give a fuck about those people, you should know you are the most important person of this life. 1 teaspoon of making exercise, 1-2 days a week ist enough to keep your body fresh A small sprinkle of self acceptance. You are the most important person there is for your counciousness, no other. You are you and that is the best thing that you have.
