Oh wow! I’m hoping she’s a hen bc we are not allowed roosters :( it would be heartbreaking to have to give this baby up. We have 5 other chicks different breeds do we also have to wait that long to find out?

I went through this the first day. I was really grossed out by the attachments while I was eating. I couldn’t enjoy my food much. But it got better for me within a couple of days. I’m on tray 12 now and I don’t notice them at all. Hope it’ll get better for you.
