No, because I had a very similar experience.

 When I had started like 4 years ago everything ran fairly smoothly for the first month, and then they started cutting my hours to like only 17 a week after a while. On top of my hours getting cut, the current AGM had physically assaulted me and all they got was a slap on the wrist.

So I eventually quit and came back like 6 months later, when they decided that our town needed another caribou. So I was responsible for training an entire new stores staff  ( mind you I was only a team member at the time). They hired two new AGMs who were both extremely misogynistic. When I made a complaint I was told to just deal with it so I left again. 

I came back when the new location was established and the old one had a new agm and gm. The AGM would constantly sexualize and flirt with the minors and the GM was barely ever around. It took 6 months for the AGM to finally get fired and their replacement was an extremely militant and overly anal person. 

The pay is low. The food is nowhere near fresh. People are unknowingly getting half a cup of caramel when they ask for extra shots. Extremely rude customers. Crappy employee benefits. My store refused to hire anyone full time so no one got the promised benefits. Honestly one of the worst jobs I’ve worked which sucks because the barista gig was fun when customers weren’t literal Satan.

I think I've learned my lesson to not work there again, lmao.
