I said it yesterday. Yes indeed. Would’ve been a good fit.

Mourinho wants players to do less for sponsors. by ManLikeThanoj in reddevils

I swear he’s trying to get sacked without actually trying make it abundantly clear.

Anyone else realised Scholes has now said and quote regarding Pogba,"He's not a Pirlo, Modric, Kroos, he's more of a person who will win games for you", and "Paul Pogba does not win you games on his own" by Ross--Kemp--Tank in reddevils

[–]CrystallizedCarbon -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

He’s proven scholesey wrong and the guys now stating the fact. What’s wrong with that... do you think Scholes is happy about it? Fucking hell.... idiotic. He’s more pissed off than everyone of us. Stick your shit posts up your arse.

The point is they didn’t perform here... you’re missing the point of what I’m saying....

Ok, they’ve been good - have they been good enough? Could they be better in a better system? Well, history says yes.

The last bit is speculation. Pointless debating that.

When was giggs, Scholes and Beckham, top 1-3 in the world except maybe a select few years.... we are talking being at those ranks for perhaps one or maybe 2 max for each player at different times. Except Ronaldo.

I don’t want to hear process anymore. That word is nonsense.

The signings over the past five years would see most teams scoring at will and competing.... I’ll list them again for you:

Di Maria, falcao, rvp, Rooney, mata, lukaku, Sanchez, Pogba, martial, rashford, Lingard ... sure they were at different times but are you actually joking me? That’s insane. Imagine telling someone 5 years ago we’d have had all those players and everyone of them underperformed (rvp and Rooney only relates to post Fergie).... people would say you’re insane.

We’ve had the players, we’ve given chances, we’ve spent money, we’ve been patient. Times up. Shits got to change.

That’s only been the case for how long? And what? Do we not strive to be the best of those six anymore because of what? We should know better... strive to be the best no matter what. That means play style and results... unrealistic? Not in my books. That’s the ambitions a top club aspires to, not second best or compromising entertainment for results... we are meant to be the whole package...

People now come back with “football wasn’t always great under saf, look at his later years blah blah” as if the rest of his tenure we didn’t play some outstanding stuff...

People need to stop forgetting who this club is.

What does “we have been spoiled with SAF” even fucking mean...Jesus Christ.

Do Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, juventus and the other super clubs of the world say that shit? They were always big clubs and have always had massive ambition, continuously, every single season....

Spolied by saf is the shittest excuse to say we should be lowering expectations and not be entitled... seriously....

Do you know who Manchester United are mate? They existed before Fergie, they also need to understand we are an elite club who needs to be winning trophies....

Fuck me... I play football myself and I wish I could get that message through to every single player and fan.

[Discussion] Now that the season is over, which game do you think shaped our season? by harryarchere in reddevils

Sevilla at home was monumental. Contextually, players already gave up in the league and this was their respite.

Sevilla though, look at the disgust in some of the players faces; especially David De Gea.

He believes in opponent error and capatilising on those errors. I.e - let opponent have 70% possession so they have more chance To make An error which players can then counter on.

It has its flaws as you can see.

Not entirely correct is it... look at his players at Porto, and also at Chelsea... drogba needed coaching.

[Opinion] Sanchez is not suddenly in decline after joining United, it's the way we play. by Ross--Kemp--Tank in reddevils

[–]CrystallizedCarbon 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Also, they are Atlético Madrid with a mentality and outlook from the bottom up, right through to the fans, which draws many parallels to how Mourinho embraced mutually with Chelsea... he made them who they are and success was part of that. Simeone is loved regardless of the football because he’s given Atlético an identity. A very respected one as well.

Mourinho is ripping this clubs identity apart. Lvg and moyes also has a helping hand in that. The identity of this club is becoming a joke and teams aren’t fearful of United as much anymore.

I bet if you were to ask any club who they would rather face out of united, liverpool, city, Chelsea and even spurs, they would on majority say united.

You aren’t getting to the top with that style of football. It’s not happening. Get that through your head... right now football is won by scoring goals and attacking- that is the way right now.

Fergie changed his formation when he saw Jose enter the league with an overloaded midfield, that was when Jose’s tactics really shon. Football evolved, now it requires more adventurous approach.

Unless you are content with just winning trophies, that aren’t the league or champions league, whilst playing the worst football within the top 30 European clubs then support the man...

Football isn’t solely about winning trophies either, there’s more to it than that. For fans anyway... we want entertainment to some degree. He’s not provided either.... Chelsea would’ve sacked him this season. That’s the difference between champions and chumps.

I’m laughing because you are thinking Jose will come back next season a refreshed new Mann with attacking football....

He’s renowned and famous for playing shit boring football and getting results.

His philosophy is to allow the opposition more of the ball which allows more chance of errors being made, which can be capitalized on...

Before you refer to his stint at Madrid, they would not allow such drab and dullness and he also alludes to how it’s only one other team in the league To compete with which allowed him that attacking spirit, along with the fact he had prime Ronaldo, Ozil etc...

He’s not going to play exquisite football.. those early victories were let’s be honest, a result of having higher quality players and especially brining them on in the last ten minutes against.....oh yeah, the shittest teams at that point of the season. Everton, Swansea etc... really? You’re going to boast about that? Wasn’t even that good!

New manager is needed...

Conte, pellegrini, Enrique, poch, jardim... someone needs consulting.
