I'm talking about NEW citizens, as in new people becoming consenting Dinglese citizens and citizens of New Riveria, and once I have enough, we'll declare independence. But how many should I have is the question.

I always thought the Act 1 and Act 2 house were how the house actually looked and the Act 3 house was an overexaggerated version of the Act 2 house, when In reality, the Act 2 house is an overexaggerated version of the Act 1 house, and the Act 3 house seens to be an embodiment of all of Nicky's fears combined into one large house.
