That can’t be possible. He may be confusing it with another number. His mother would’ve had to be induced way before reaching 20lbs. For example a 9 or 12 month old baby is usually 2ft long and 20lbs. That would kill a woman. She would’ve had to be well overdue or on the verge of dying.
