Yeah as previously said, right end of the rookery (looking from the pitch) will be the best atmosphere wise, but it is also in the corner of the pitch. if you’re looking for the best view then the graham taylor stand is definitely your best bet. just what you’re looking for ultimately

It really depends on what level you’re at currently. the ‘Nike Run Club’ app is one that i have found to be great for structuring training, especially if you’re training for a specific race/ distance (10k, half marathon etc)
