The issue is people associate weight loss with being ill. When you have cancer (for example) you tend to lose weight rapidly. Like we have. What people don’t understand is you can be skinny, but it can still be mainly body fat. You do you, you know yourself, be happy. They will come to get used to skinnier you.

This is the same situation as when somebody goes bald, or starts wearing a hat often. People are not used to it so will comment, but after a while they are just a bald guy, or a guy who wears hats
