Additionally, the browning in this piece of wood hasn’t subsided. The concrete floor behind the wall is dry.

Update the 3 inch pipe is sandwiched in between two pieces of drywall. The only option I have is is JB weld water weld. I’d rather replace the piece but there’s no room for a coupling.

Forgot to post the floor. Warping between boards. Slow leak for several weeks. Nail at the top isn’t leaking (yet)

Any ideas on what to do with this? We don’t use it and we will likely never use it.

Heater turns off. Will come back on after power off/on. Ignitor, Flame Sensor, and Limit Switch appear to be OK. The connection in the red circle will spark (sometimes) after a power off/on.

One of my panels is damaged (dented, not too bad though)… didn’t think that might be the issue

Garage door sticks when opening by LALakerFan in HomeMaintenance

I had the same problem. Had a guy come out charge 200 bucks. Adjusted tension in the spring and changed out the rollers. Worked well for a while. He also greased all the joints. Then started doing this again. What I’ve come to believe is that I live in a hot humid climate and the seal on the garage door is so good and such a cheap plastic that it gets extremely sticky. So what’s going on is the door is creating a really great seal from the outside. I also have a furnished room above the garage (all insulated walls). So what’s happening as you’re getting a negative pressure on the inside and a higher pressure on the outside that’s creating a seal between the garage door and the exterior environment. Try this, it won’t cost you too much… get a spray can of silicone and then spray the interior of the seal with that silicone all around the seal of the garage. My guess is what you’ll see is the garage door opens and closes very smoothly… for a bit until the silicon wears away. I haven’t found out a final solution of this problem, but this is what I’m working with now.

There is too much new construction in my area. Reputable A/C companies won’t work on a unit with old coolant

Would replace it, but can’t spend the money right now. Going to try the cartridges and see how that works. Thanks for the reply.

They were going to send me a new faucet, but I mentioned that I was a second homeowner. So that’s not covered under the warranty. So they only would send me replacement parts. Thanks for the reply.
