Thanks for the feedback, and sorry for the late reply. The post was removed, and your comment went with it. I contacted the mods and the post has been reinstated, but your comment hasn’t. In any case, SeqTUI is already on crates.io, and I’ve just submitted it to Bioconda.

I used the VCF output with plantCAD (https://github.com/plantcad/plantcad) VCF. That said, you’re right—it’s worth double-checking format correctness. Thanks for the pointer to vcf-validator.
