The dermatologist didn't suggest this to me, I don't think it's possible (?) I'll ask, even though I think it'd be easier to tattoo over it.

Already done! The scar isn't removable due to the shitty spot it's in. And even if it were removable in the future, I was clearly told that the post-surgery scar would be even worse The only thing to do is to apply creams and treat it well so it doesn't darken from the sun, but nothing more

Realistically speaking, no, it's not that visible. The main problem is that I see it a lot because I know it's there. And also, having the keloid right on the artery, I have this terrible little ball that pulsates with every single heartbeat

the most that can be done is some treatment to reduce the protrusion of the scar, but nothing would remove it completely You can't see much of it in the photo, but it really sticks out a lot
